I like to think that we humans have a balanced diet eating the freshest produce, taking care when buying food that it is sourced responsibly and checking all the ingredients.

Then one day when opening a packet of dog treats for our dogs, the vile smell hit me. I tried to decipher the ingredients (as a trained chef that shouldn’t be too hard) but had no idea what was in these treats.

From that day on I have made all my dog treats. Every dog that I have given these delicious dog treats to have loved them so much, we thought it was time to make them available to all canine connisseurs.

We source locally all the fruit and vegetables that go into our treats. The herbs are grown in our garden and only picked when needed, to keep them as high in nutritional value as possible.

All our products are made by hand and baked fresh for every order to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.

They are also tested by our quality controllers to ensure they are perfect!

To keep all products at their best, store in an airtight container in a cool place, or refrigerate.

Biscuits and Training Treats have a shelf life of 28 days; Pupcakes 7 days.

They can all be frozen for 3 months. Once defrosted treat as fresh.

For your security, our website does not process any of your financial information.

The shopping cart and all financial matters are handled securely by PayPal.com. When your order is placed, they deal with the transfer of funds from your card account.

PayPal do not charge you any fee for your payment.

You do not need to register with PayPal to shop with us. However, registering means you do not have to enter your details every time you make a purchase.

When payment is processed, Paypal will send a confirmation email to you and only your order details to us. Unless there is any problem, we will not email you until we can confirm your order has been posted

If we get your order before 4 pm we will normally post it on the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be posted out on Monday morning.

There are no additional costs for any orders of £7.00 or more.

All our dog treats are packed in acid-free paper and polypropylene bags. Polypropylene does not damage the environment during disposal. The bags satisfy all 4 requirements of the EEC Environmental Commission for recycling.

When sending through the post they are packed in cardboard postal boxes. These are slim enough to fit through your letterbox (so no extra trip to the post office after work) and suitable for recycling. Our letterbox friendly packaging is only suitable for up to 700grams weight.

Due to food regulations, we can only deliver to UK addresses.
