Goods

Specifications on this website of any items may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality.

Availability

If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to advise. If we can only ship the available goods, your payment method will be debited with the value of the despatched goods rather than the whole order value. We will not retain a back-order or supply substitute products without your consent.

Prices

The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK pounds

Ordering

Payment

Delivery

Orders cannot be delivered to any address outside the UK. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at the time of ordering by first class post.

We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control.

Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Right to Cancel

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, perishable goods are exempt from the normal statutory right to cancel your order within 7 working days. Cancellation will only be accepted if your order has not been dispatched
